BREATH & STILLNESS

In this guided meditation we focus on the breath as it is flowing in and out by itself. Naturally your breathing will calm down and with the exhale you easily let go of tensions and thoughts, feeling more relaxed and calm. Listening to the flow of your breath you will experience a moment of stillness after the exhale and just before the new inhale comes in by itself.

After the meditation take time to slowly come back to your daily life.
